1. Use of Service

SecureFone has been delivering IT security solutions and enterprise technology services since 2023. Building on this foundation, we now provide SecureFone MDM, our enterprise-grade Mobile Device Management platform designed exclusively for company-owned Android devices.

Our services are intended strictly for enterprise and organizational use. Personal or unauthorized surveillance use is prohibited.

2. Account Responsibility

Enterprise administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring that devices enrolled under their organization comply with applicable security policies.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse our solutions for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized tracking, privacy violations, or non-enterprise device monitoring.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content provided by SecureFone are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While SecureFone strives to provide highly reliable and secure services, we shall not be held liable for damages caused by misuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized access.

6. Support

We provide customer and enterprise support via email and phone during official working hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Monday to Saturday.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8. User Acceptance

By continuing to use our platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes to Terms

SecureFone reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use SecureFone services for personal tracking?

No. SecureFone’s solutions are designed solely for enterprise environments. Personal surveillance or tracking is strictly prohibited.

Is the software license transferable?

No. Licenses issued are tied to the purchasing organization and cannot be transferred without written consent from SecureFone.

What if I disagree with the Terms?

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.
